"The house was quite nice overall. A little disappointing that the woodstove didn't work, especially as the weather was cool and wet. The water is quite soft, but tastes good; and the water heater works fine. We spent a chilly first night as the baseboard heaters were set to 10C (50F), and the control buttons are really tiny and hard to notice. A heads up from the owner would have been helpful. It was plenty warm once I found the controls. The setting is beautiful, and the stairs down to the lake...

"Two sets of family stayed at this property and it was more than enough room. The house was very clean and tidy and a comfortable space. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials and all bathrooms had plenty of soap, paper towel and toilet paper. The host was super friendly and helpful. They were very quick to respond to inquiries and helpful recommendations. Overall, the property met our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. Over"
