"The hotel is new so it is clean and fresh. The location is not great for a holiday. It would be ok for business. Breakfast was ok. Service was terrible. Very few staff could speak English. People at reception were rude and unfriendly, a smile and some basic respect doesn’t cost anything. Also had a problem when checking in, as they were refusing to honour breakfast, even though it was clearly included in the reservation. The reception manager was aggressive and unhelpful, telling me It was my...

"Great stay! Very kid friendly. Daily foam party in the kiddie pool, 60 cms deep. 5 kuai beers. Lobby bar is a good time at the end of the day. Beds were acceptable for western standards and the seafood buffet was excellent. Our 2 night stay turned into 6. Excellent stay in the Ramada."
