"This was my first experience staying in downtown Chicago, and I couldn’t find a better hotel experience! I originally selected this hotel due to its convenience factor: near the Chicago theater scene, Mag Mile, Millennium Park, and other restaurants. We arrived early prior to check-in. The doorman took our luggage as soon as we got out of the Uber and proceeded us to check-in. They let us check in early without any additional cost! The room was kept up nicely, and the housekeepers would check in with us if we ever needed anything additional. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, including the bartenders and restaurant staff. I’ll probably aim to stay here on any future visits to come."

"Everything was excellent except that we never had more than Luke-warm water to shower in. Would have been nice for a hot shower after exploring in the cold. The breakfast, hospitality of the staff and location can't be beat. "
