"We love this hotel. The rooms are perfect- clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly, from front desk, to housekeeping, to bar/restaurant staff. Nightly welcome reception is such a bonus, as is the delicious breakfast spread. If there was one thing that was disappointing, it was the parking lot. There was a significant snow/ice storm earlier in the week, but the parking lot was treacherous. I know that the temperatures weren't warm enough to initiate melting and it must be very difficult to plow abs maintain the lot when cars are always parked there. But it was extremely dangerous even trying to get into our vehicle because of the buildup of the ice around it. I understand the circumstances, but it may be something to look into for future storms. It will not change our opinion of the property as whole. "

The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the mountains, restaurants, and shopping areas. A special shoutout to the front desk team, housekeeping, and the gentleman maintaining the grounds. We had the pleasure of meeting him this week by the firepit, and his warmth and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. We'll definitely be back again"
