LIVING AREAS:
Activate 'holiday mode' as you enter Solaria through the grand wooden doors into the tropical plant-bordered courtyard. It's the perfect introduction to your own little slice of paradise. The villa is split into 3 pavilions and you'll find the living areas in the main house.
The front door leads into the heart of the house with ocean views everywhere you look. The living room is furnished comfortably for 6 or more, with breezes flowing through windows and doors on 3 of the walls. The 55" flatscreen with local FLOW box is there if you need it as is the AC. A set of screened French doors leads to a small porch overlooking the ocean while 2 more sets of French doors lead directly onto the screened-in porch for relaxed dining al-fresco any time of day or night without the bother of mosquitos...I know some of you out there are very attractive to those little bugs!
The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for more than one chef in the house... The kitchen has a hatch making it easy to pass through to the screened-in dining room, and it has double doors leading to the indoor dining room which is decorated with a selection of pretty, eclectic pieces. Leave the French doors open for breeze or close and turn on the AC.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
It's actually rare to find a villa with 3 such comparable bedrooms so that couples sojourning together don't have to pull straws over who sleeps where! Each bedroom is fully screened, has a comfortable and beautifully dressed king-size wooden bed, an en-suite bathroom and French doors leading to a private balcony with seating, ocean breezes and mesmerising views of the azure waters
1) The Master suite is in the 2nd pavilion just short sunlight filled stroll past the pool. It's a lovely room furnished with Balinese teak furniture with ensuite bathroom and a balcony that's the perfect spot for a little reading, surrounded by the lush foliage rustling in the breeze.
2&3)The 3rd pavilion is to the right of the main entrance and houses two more bedrooms. One bedroom is upstairs with a 33'' flatscreen TV with local FLOW box and a shower and tub in the bathroom; the other down a small flight of steps from the courtyard ensuring everyone has their privacy.
STEP OUTSIDE:
Solaria is at the perfect elevation for the ocean to take on that glassy, serene appearance as yachts cruise by, and yet you can walk to Long Bay beach below in just minutes. The L-shaped pool and surrounding deck is the prefect spot to admire these views with a drink or book at hand with plenty of areas for both sun or shade-bathing. A secluded alcove behind the pool deck offers a built-in gas BBQ for grilling up some local Anegada lobster, and the deck is furnished with a 2nd option for al-fresco dining.

For beach activities, there’s plenty of beach bars you can rent a lounger from (or just setup on the sand). The water is calm and clear and underfoot is sandy so it's an excellent place for swimming. If you're feeling adventurous, there is a shipwreck a very short swim out from the North end of the beach which is great to check out with a snorkel. There are also jet skis, paddle boards and kayaks which can be rented along the beach.
