"There was an issue with our reservation not updating on their end through expedia and the front desk guy worked it out quickly and efficiently. I could tell that it was the last thing he wanted to deal with on Christmas day but he was so kind and got everything sorted out so quickly for us and got us into a great room without much of a wait at all. "
