"This house more than accommodated our family of 13 for Thanksgiving and an intimate wedding. The table was big enough to sit everyone for dinner and games. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and had a real coffee maker. The beach was a short walk and the area is really nice. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay. "

"It was a nice property. Have been spending time in the summer up there for 40+ years. This property was clean, had everything I needed, and perfect location to beach and ‘downtown’. Can’t complain about any of it. Communication was good and check in was easy. If I had to say anything maybe a dehumidifier? I think that of all the places I stay up there. "We had a wonderful experience. It started with having the lights turned on for us as we arrived late at night, followed by the pleasant surprise of snacks and wine. The house was clean, inviting and well stocked. We really appreciated the little extras like chargers, Bluetooth speaker and luggage racks in each room. Tom was very organized by sending a manual with follow up videos. I would stay here again! "
