"Our parents love Wells Beach. We grew up vacationing here for many summers. The house was perfect! We spent most of our time in the spacious living area upstairs! The decor was inviting with plenty of room for all to gather. We enjoyed the propane fireplace and the large dining table. What we didn’t expect was all the ocean views from many rooms in the house! We are planning to return this fall for a longer stay!"

"With the youngest being 60 and the oldest 81 we were happy to have the living area on the bottom floor. The only concern we had was that neither the porches nor the deck where the trash barrels are were shoveled which made things a little precarious. But that did not diminish the pleasurable weekend we had. So many bedrooms allowed most of us to have our own room! There was a bottle of bubbly waiting as a Welcome. All in all, it was a delightful weekend!"

"This home was just perfect for 4 couples or more. The home was well equipped with everything that we needed. We especially liked the kitchen area where we could cook, enjoy socializing, play cards and enjoy the view. "We were thrilled upon arrival with this property. Very close to the beach, meticulously maintained with a beautiful bright and cheery interior. The living area was comfy and cozy. The kitchen lacked for nothing and the bedrooms were spacious with bed linens that were fresh and clean. We really enjoyed the deck off the kitchen for morning coffee and watching the ocean waves. "This cozy ranch is five minutes drive from the public beaches of Wells. We were a family of five adults with one aged grandmother who appreciated the walk in shower with seating and the ramp from parking to the front door.
