He was very friendly and gave lots of helpful information about places to eat and things to do etc. The property was a basement that had been updated yet still smelled older and our things seemed damp during our stay. It also was listed as sleeping 6 but only slept three on beds. We decided to use sleeping bags and three of our kids slept on the floor. The access to the laundry and kitchen was helpful. "The Fox's Den is a jewel within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in Old Town Ft. Collins. We were initially hesitant when we realized our accommodation was in an apartment building, but we quickly settled in as the dedicated covered parking spot is located at the end of the short sidewalk to the building, and the studio is located just inside the lobby entrance. "Cute apartment that was within walking distance of pretty much everything we needed and lots of great places to check out. We only had a couple issues but they could be because of our extended stay. It was difficult to bring all our stuff to the third floor (that wasn’t in the description) and the laundry schedule wasn’t easy for us to work with. There weren’t any cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves so I had to purchase some. However, everything else was great."
