This quiet location sets back from the road and neighbors for a peaceful private vacation. It is conveniently located within minutes of our beautiful Wellesley Island State Park, Thousand Island Park, Alex Bay, Clayton, Cape Vincent, Fishers Landing, Kingston ON, Gananoque ON, and Watertown. There is a Price Chopper Grocery store just over the 1000 Island Bridge off the Alex Bay exit. There are many tourist activities, places to eat, shop, listen to live bands, golf, or book boat tours of the beautiful and magical St. Lawrence River.

Comfortable Home
Patti's home was the best home I've rented. I'm super picky about cleanliness and I'm very reactive to strong chemical, mildew and musty smells. Patti's home was fresh and clean (without smelling like fragrant candles or strong air sprays). Everything was very tidy but also felt homey. The beds, linens, and towels all felt very clean and were very comfortable. She keeps humming bird feeders well stocked and we loved watching the hummingbirds out the kitchen and dining room windows. We hope to be back!

Wedding Weekend
We stayed for 2 nights while attending a wedding in the area. We were pleasantly surprised when walking in the front door. We found the home to be very warm and welcoming. All the comforts of home! The beds were cozy and the sleeping arrangements suited us. Our adult daughter and special needs son were very comfortable. The diner across the road was very good for breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and we loved seeing all of the birds at the feeders. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks so much!

I can' t say enough good things about this house and host. Patti was a great host! She is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We don't often meet the host of the properties we have stayed at but we're so glad we got to meet and talk with Patti! The house is beautiful and is stocked with everything you could need for your stay! The location is very quiet and peaceful, even though it's across from a busy diner/store--you would never know it! It is close to Clayton and Alexandria Bay so that was convenient. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we get back to the area. Thank you Patti!

Perfect stay for small group of anglers.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was spotless and completely furnished. Loved the decor. Beds were comfy, and communication was easy. Very private and yet close to Clayton and Alexandria Bay. We were there for a bass tournament and location was great! Highly recommended.

A very comfortable "down home" rental. Kitchen has everything you could want to cook including spices and condiments. No AC but plenty of fans. Outside grill, firepit with seating plus front porch seating. The host and her dog were great.

We had a blast!
This is a very clean, comfortable rental with a welcoming and positive vibe to it. We had 6 women getting ready for a wedding and even with all that chaos there was plenty of space for all of us. Patti could not have been more accommodating and kind. She even swung by to take a group photo of us all dressed up before we left for the wedding. Seriously, who does that??? We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I stayed at Patricia's home. Beautiful home, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is an outdoor fireplace that my niece and daughter loved for making smores at night. We were close to Clayton Island and Alexandria. Wellesley Island had plenty of attractions as well. Patti, the owner, met us in front of the house and provided us with information about all the nearby activities. The house is perfect for families. The only negative we could say, is we only stayed 4 days.

A Relaxed Stay
This rental is well kept and comfortable. The kitchen is better equipped than any rental we have had. The owner promptly responded to our few questions. The rental is near Wellesley Island State Park, where there is plenty of swimming, hikes, and boating., and the pretty summer village of Thousand Island Park.

Great stay and great hostess
My family and I stayed at Patti’s cozy home on Wellesley Island. She was super accommodating with our schedules and was super responsive to all our outreach. Our stay was short and sweet but one for the books. The home was clean and the renters manual and reminders throughout made it easy to comply with the bourse guidelines. The house has many windows which let in a lovely breeze for a very comfortable environment. Thank you again Patti for your hospitality!
