"The place was great and clean. Exactly as described in photos. The bathroom looked freshly remodeled and looked very clean and nicely done. However, when we arrived, the smoke detector was going off, and we had to reset it. It periodically would chirp every 2-3 hours or so and I would have to wake up and reset it every time, not very fun. Also there was 0 internet, and the TV was a ROKU one, so that means no TV either also there wasn't a remote to even try to turn it on) Communication was...

"Very safe and quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be staying here for my yearly trip to STL. Owners were very friendly and quick to repsond when contacted. We did not have any issues with this house. Liked that it has 2 BR's that are on opposite ends of the house. House has everything you need for your stay from coffee pods to streaming TV. "
