The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. Walking distance to the stadium as well as to many restaurants and bars. Jamie was a great host and was available for any questions. The place was clean and the check in process was easy. "Great for the pay,If it was nice out I would have loved to swim but it was cold. The batteries in the smoke detector and remotes were all dead which was annoying and the sheets were cheap but honestly it was great besides those things. Super awesome parking, insanely awesome coffee machine in the top floor. Amazing views. "

"Only complaint is check out time at 10 am is too early. Should at bare minimum be 11 like hotels. Loved the amenities for us like a pitcher of filtered water, coffee and creamer etc. Great location, close to most everything and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was prompt.
