"Staff was WONDERFUL, especially Kevin from breakfast. My husband got cramps very early and I went down to ask for a banana (the potassium helps). Kevin was early for work and went back to the kitchen and got me 2 without hesitation. When we went back for breakfast later, he sought us out to see if my husband felt better. We do little nights away, close to home on a regular basis and we will be back here OFTEN. Huge thank yous to all the staff we saw."

"My family and I stayed here over the Christmas Holiday. It is conveniently located just off the highway and next to downtown Manchester. The rooms were extremely clean and well organized. The Technology in the rooms were on point and easy to use. I loved that I could watch my own Netflix. Every part of the hotel I saw was extremely clean. The front lobby and breakfast area were very inviting and comfortable. I highly recommend the breakfast spread, had a ton of options. Shout out to the kitchen workers who kept us fed. Even over the holidays, the hotel seemed very busy and very diverse with travelers from all over the world. My family and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Manchester area."

"The staff is fantastic! I had to extend my stay, but being from Canada it was actually better for me cost wise to make a new booking through Expedia so technically I should have had to check out and check back in but the staff helped me out and made sure I stayed in my room and just extended my booking like I had extended with them. I didn't really have time to check out any of the amenities but just from the friendliness of the staff if I'm back in Concord I'll stay here. "
