In our case, there was an issue with our initial room, and we were moved. The worker responsible for the move had an I don’t care attitude. The rest of the stay was positive and there were many other employees who are to commended for high service levels and friendliness."

"My sister and I visit the island regularly and stay at Queens Court and have never been disappointed. This time I booked a standard room with 2 beds thru Expedia. Upon arrival was very surprised to have a handcap room with 1 bed. Granted I am a senior citizen and love my sister but prefer two beds and not handicapped. It was was my sisters birthday so I didnt want to make a fuss!!!! Im not sure why this happened? We love this quaint unique property and recommend it whenever we can! "
