"The check in process was not good. The employees at the resort were helpful but the villa did not instruct them on the check in process. Got charged extra for parking and using the pool. The condo was not near the pool and not in the resort. Loud tenants above us"

"This was our second visit to The Terraces . Excellent communication with Michelle as before . Condo is large , overlooking the golf course and has a large wrap around balcony with sun all day . Pool is heated and very close to the Condo . Lovely quiet area on Reunion and close to restaurants and shops . Close to Disney . Would recommend for any family travelling to Orlando . "

"Property itself was amazing. The room was outdated and somewhat clean. Mold on the doors and crumbs throughout. Other than that the beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Weather was cold so couldnt review the pools. "

"Superb 3 Bedroom Condo. Very clean and tidy. All the things we needed for our stay were available, very comfy bed in the master bedroom. We stayed for 12 days in December 2024. The host Andy was attentive and very quick to answer any questions we had and made check in and check out a breeze. Couldn't have asked for more. Would recommend and we would have no problem staying here again. For Info: Disney Parks are approx 20 minute drive. Publix supermarket and restaurants are 5 minutes drive away....

"This was a great place to stay & the pool area wasn’t busy, so we enjoyed a relaxing time. The only complaint was that we were told to replace the toilet paper, tiny soaps, dishwasher tabs… really? Those items should be part of the package & we shouldn’t have to run to Walmart & purchase items to replace the little bit we used. "

"Clean, great location for either Disney or as we were there for college baseball to watch our son play. Easily accessible to shopping and dining and a Publix right across the street. Easy checkin and a guard out front screening people who enter. Awesome stay."

"Was good for a few days. Then lost TV and internet. Called and got no response or follow up as promised. Last two days no TV in the common area and was able to restart internet after reporting the router. Login and PW info give was not correct for that room."
