"We were in town for a hockey tournament. When we got to our room the bath tub was still covered with body hair and not cleaned well. The next morning we left at 8 am for our first tournament to return at 10:30 to the fire department just leaving. I went to the front desk because I left my key in my room and am told that it was my room that the fire alarm was going off in. She said it was either a short wire or one of the cleaning ladies vaping in the rooms again. Well the same cleaning lady decided to tell one of the families in our group that the person in 304 was vaping and that is why the fire department was here. They told her, that is funny because room 304 has been gone all morning and is at the front desk right now. They said she got quite very fast. Then obviously because she was vaping while cleaning my room and set the alarm off they never put towels in our room and we had no towels to shower that night after a game. There was also another team from another location there who were ding dong door ditching and setting the alarms off in the elevators and running in the halls until 2:30 in the morning and nothing was done about this.The amount of money I paid to stay here was a lot for a horrible experience. Also no apologies were made for their worker vaping in my room. Just said this would not be the first time."
