"We only stayed one night because my daughter was graduating the next morning. Gary allowed us to arrive early and check out late but we couldn't take advantage of the late checkout because we had to be in Erie by 8:30am. Checkin/checkout was super easy. "This is our third time here. This is a quiet and comfy place to stay with Lake Le Boeuf right in your back yard. It has a pier to go fishing off of and the kids loved it. All the staff were very nice. Will be back again."

"The location is great for attending an event at thr Peak. We rented for a family wedding. There is plenty of room for a large group. We had 8 adults and were very comfortable. The house is well equipped with linens and pots/pans. There was also a great supply of snacks on hand. The owner is very quick to reply to any questions that are sent. We highly recommend this property if you need to stay in the area."
