"Good place and quiet even though it is near the airport. One day I had to call the front desk and ask for shower towels because we didn’t have enough. Surprised that no security features are in place like needing key card to enter side doors or needing key for elevator. Overall good place. "

"The staff was very nice & helpful. As with any hotel, the parking process is not good. I find it interesting that the hotel industry does not address this issue. To negatively effect a customer's experience over a simple thing like parking is silly. To charge a customer an additional $50 a night to "store" their car is ridiculous. A simple way to differentiate within your industry, would be to make the parking process simple & safe."

"Staff was very hospitable. I appreciated the friendliness and helpful demeanor of the front desk staff upon arrival and check in. The bartenders were great and very attentive."

"The bathroom needs a bit of better tender loving care due to the water condensation from the walls to the light plates. I bring my own cleaning supplies so Im always prepared but the pricing doesn't match the upkeep. Stellar service outside of that."
