Home Base for Hiking Trips
The cabin was excellent. The cabin was newly constructed, very clean, excellent service from the owner, and centrally located for our excursions. The cabin was well furnished. We hiked at Matanuska Glacier, Eklutna Lake, and Denali National Park. I would highly recommend this cabin for any vacation stay.

Home sweet Home
I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful cabin while working in Wasilla for the week. My husband and i loved having such a beautifully appointed homebase to enjoy. Ben was an amazing host, the property had everything we needed and the wildlife consisting of foxes and rabbits were an added bonus. Beautiful sunsets and so many places to explore in the area. I travel often for work and this has been my favorite VRBO rental by far. I hope we get to come back someday for vacation!

This provided everything we needed. I also own a VRBO that i do my best to keep 1st class. Ben's place provided everything we needed plus more. Kind and generous touches with cereal, water OJ etc. Just book this place!

Nice quiet and beautifull cabin
Would like to say Ben has wonderful cabin in a quiet wooded neighborhood. Communication with Ben was excellent with prompt replies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on staying with Ben the next time we're in the area. Dont hesitate on this cabin, you'll love the place. The beds were super comfortable and the appliances look like new. The house was super clean. Ben pretty much has thought of everything you'll need to have a wonderful stay.

Ben went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Nice details including a boquet of fresh flowers on the table. Coffee & start up groceries in the fridge. The log cabin is in a lovely quiet setting. All new appliances if you need to do laundry or will be preparing food. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house for the last couple nights of our two week trip. The host made sure that we felt welcomed and left some chocolates, milk and cereal, and few other starters. The place was clean. We really liked the attention to detail and made good use of the fire pit. The wifi was fast and available at all times. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if in Alaska.

Great Base Camp to explore
Had a great time at this cabin, everything thing you could possibly need. Stores and groceries are near by and food deliver is available. Got to meet Ben and he was very helpful in whatever we needed. Will definitely be coming back, no doubt. Highly recommend these cabins.

Best Cabin!
We loved staying at this beautiful cabin! Ben is such an awesome host, and the cabin is amazing down to the last detail. The finishes and furnishings are very nice, beds were super comfy, and the cabin has a great overall Alaska feel to it. It was us and our two sons (who loved it just as much or more than us) and we loved having s'mores by the fire pit- such a fun aspect to the cabin rental. We were all talking about coming back before we had even left! Highly recommend staying here!

Our Alaskan adventure
This cabin that we stayed at was the most beautiful cabin that we stayed in. The kitchen was a great size for cooking and had everything that you needed for cooking in a cabin. We loved the Birch tree's that you can see from the windows. The bathroom was large and clean. We loved the fire pit area where we as a family had smores. This cabin is a great place to stay for families.

This cabin was booked as a wedding gift for the night of our wedding. It was really nice to not have to go home after our wedding. The cabin is very cozy. We were welcomed with chocolates and a fresh bouquet. There was cereal, milk, and oatmeal for breakfast. The coffee and creamer was great with breakfast. The cabin was decorated beautifully with an antler mount, two foxes, a cute black bear, and a brown bear. My husband and I also appreciated separate alarms on each side of the bed and the Alaska books upstairs. The entire cabin was very clean. We did not use the in-cabin washer or dryer, but it was a nice touch. We look forward to staying here again and will recommend to family and friends.
