While historic, this two bedroom, two and a half bath home has all the modern amenities that you might want: a fully equipped modern, well-stocked kitchen, lush bathrooms with wall mounted hair dryers & plenty of towels, a washer & dryer, 2 televisions and wifi. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor is furnished with a queen bed, 2 chests of drawers and a small television. The sitting room across the hall leads into the master bath, with a jetted tub and a separate shower. The 2nd bedroom is located on the 3rd floor. It has two comfy twin beds and its own bathroom with a shower.

The King Street Trolley is free and runs between the King Street Metro stop and the City Hall, just a short 2 block walk from the house. A block away is the waterfront of the Potomac. Here you will find water taxis that will ferry you to various places on the Potomac, including Georgetown, the Wharf, National Harbor and Mt. Vernon. Also, a Capital Bike Share station, as well as two bike rental businesses are located steps from the house, making it easy to explore the many miles of bike trails along the Potomac.
