The staff was inattentive and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When I approached the front desk, it took several minutes before anyone acknowledge me. On the other hand, the overall condition of the hotel was poor, with peeling paint, broken fixtures and furniture that seem very dirty and old.

This place is disgusting. You get what you pay for I supposed, and with this place being the cheapest option in the area... well then it speaks to the level. Days Inn is a national chain, but obviously this franchise is not well managed at all. It is very conveniently located though, not just to nearby DC but restaurants nearby. But I hope you have a high tolerance for gross, dirty, un-tidied and unrenovated hotels.

Run-down property with peeling paint and cracks everywhere. Stains on carpet. Very small room with no microwave, iron, or refrigerator. One clerk at checkin who was dealing with problems using the phone while checking me in. Clunky air conditioner that turned itself off regularly. Closing the curtains also covered the air conditioner. Very few hangers. Convenient to DCA.

Convenient location and decently priced but the bathroom was outdated, tub felt warped when standing in it, no microwave in the room, almost all the channels on the tv were super stacticy, and the beds were like sleeping on solid wood.

This property is totally misrepresented by the images on Expedia. It is both very run down and dirty. I have asked Expedia to have it removed from their website. They also refused to refund my stay. I wish I could upload the images here to show you just how bad this hotel is.
