Great staff, clean and well furnished rooms, kitchen was a plus. Having an additional bedroom and living area made our week stay so much better than a traditional hotel room. Will stay here again on the next visit to DC.

Not great. The apartment was clean and well furnished but missing a lot of basics such as tissues, hand towels in the second toilet, tea and coffee supplies. The shower was not very hot and the aircon didn’t really work. The lights were tricky to turn off. I was disappointed because I stayed here many years ago and remembered it as much nicer. The location was the only really good thing and I wouldn’t stay here again in a hurry.

Superb location near the White House -Near Metro and bus. Staff courteous and responsive. Large, spacious rooms with excellent Kitchen. Need to ask for some basics -kitchen towel, an initial coffee pod, salt and pepper -These were minor. Great soaking tub and comfortable bed and pillows. Overall can't be beat for location near White House

Excellent stay at the AKA White House. Brilliant location (everything to see in walkable distance) and lots of food options locally. Accommodation was clean and spacious however a few of the appliances didn’t work and had to ask for a few basis things at reception I would have expected be available on arrival. Otherwise would highly recommend!

This property was remarkable. The suites exceeded our expectations and came with a full kitchen and laundry facility. Gorgeous decorations and the lobby was very fancy (and smelt amazing!). Was not expecting this high level of quality considering it was one of the lower cost hotels in the downtown core. Highly recommended.

Location was good and suite was clean. The deadbolt lock didn’t work-we were told the chain was sufficient. We also had problems with the appliances. Fridge didn’t work and had to be swapped out. Washing machine also didn’t work. Staff responded quickly but some clothing was ruined and it was a major inconvenience.

Nice but dated rooms in a place that can't decide if it's a hotel or an apartment building. Service is fine for long-term stays but falls short for typical hotel guests. No restaurant, and the bar is open only a few nights a week with little atmosphere, in a nice part of Washington, D.C. that empties out after 6 p.m. Overall, a bit of a letdown - even if the price is right.

First impressions was bad impressions Just laded from a very long trip far away , but we waited too long to be checked in,, also the human behavior during the welcoming at the reception didn't meet my expectations …. No laundry service during weekends!!! No housekeeping ( only in Wednesdays) ! No available drinking water at the gym!!!! You need to review your policies!!
