"Just a few minute walk to slopes and in the heart of the village. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the billiards and game room as family time before dinner. Rooms are good size but dated. Only needed them for sleep, but none of us slept well due to a few issues. 1. Heat/AC seems to be centralized or perhaps our rooms unit was broken. "Great stop on the way to Tahoe Ski resorts. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast options were very good. Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. "

"This was such a cute older little hotel with plenty of nature walk opportunities with a pretty creek running through the property. For the price it's good and I would visit again, my only complaint was the restaurant wasn't open at all and that was something we were looking forward to. I understand they are under some renovations and construction so I have high hopes for future visits. It's not a brand new hotel but it's definitely cute if you're into a more rustic vintage vibe which we loved. "

"Nice looking, good amenities, comfortable and spacious room, easy parking. We enjoyed the coffee bar and lounge area with complimentary beverages. Our only complaints are the swimming pool temperature and the hot tub being out of service which we were looking forward to using. The parking fee seemed hidden and unnecessary as there was plenty of parking seeming to just be a way to up charge the fees. "

"Traveling with my family of 4 and arrived on a Tuesday @ 8:30p. Check in was pleasant but our room with 2 queen beds was not made. The guys at the front desk apologized and addressed it, while my boys played in the snow outside a bit, marveled at the boar’s head, and attempted to convince me to buy candy from the small store area next to the checkin counter.
