"Our stay have been pleasant as always. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good size room. However, I have found the water filter jug instead of a water bottle ( even if it was not a complimentary gesture) unacceptable for 4* Accor property. The expectation of using a water drawn from the bathroom sink although filtered to drink is disturbing. "Good place overall but cooktop didn’t work as was never repaired in my two week stay. Told holidays made it not possible. Price is moderately high for Warsaw and for things to not work. 6/10. Would consider staying again but would look elsewhere first. "
