About this property

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Fairway Views Accomadation

When you walk into Fairway Views you with note the quaint lounge, with soft furnishings and open fire place with wood supplied. For your comfort we also have gas heating and air conditioning.
There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels. Both have wardrobes and one has a desk .
The bathroom is central to the house with modern walk in shower and toilet . There is a second toilet located at the back of the house .
The kitchen has a coffee machine , gas cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge and everything you will need if you wish to cook meals.
The laundry has washing machine, dryer , iron and ironing board .
The outside deck area is covered and protected from the weather and you will find a BBQ, patio heater and outdoor setting if you wish to stay in and cook your own BBQ.

The Story about Fairway Views

The land Fairway Views is built on was originally the first hole of the Warragul Golf Course , back in the mid 1900's.
We purchased the cottage in July 2015 , we have renovated three houses before , and have a passion to bringing neglected houses back to life . The whole family was involved , including our five children. There is a beautiful view of the golf course ,from the front of the house, hence the name "Fairway Views"

Our second stay and everything was wonderful. The house is cosy and has everything for a comfortable stay. The Golf Club is just over the road and serves great meals. We will be back.

The cottage was perfect for our stay to catch up with family in the area. The location opposite the golf club was a bonus. We had everything we needed to get settled in. Our stay was so good, we extended by 5 days. Now we are looking at dates when the cottage is available next year.

Great Cottage
We enjoyed our stay at Fairway Views accommodation. The cottage is spacious, clean and comfortable. Even though it is on a busy road, it wasn’t noisy. A home away from home. Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay
Thank you Karen for a fantastic stay. Arriving after dark after a 10 hr drive, we arrived to a cosy cottage with just about everything you could want or need for our stay. I had brought elderly parents from NSW to see family and the cottage was absolutely deal. Great location, thoughtful ammenities and super warm and comfy beds. Cant thank Karen enough for her thoughtfulness.

Our arrival at the accom was shocking when we found there was already guests there and it had been double booked. My family travelled from WA and we looked forward to all being together so on short notice we had to book motel rooms and just all have seperate rooms. Will never use Stayz again.

A warm and inviting getaway.
Fairways Views was very neat and clean. The quality of the bedding, towels and products supplied was good. I appreciated the warm welcome on a cold winters day, as Karen had thoughtfully started the heater for us. The location was good with meals available within walking distance at the golf club. We had an enjoyable stay.

Amazing Property
Karen is an amazing host, very friendly and accommodating, even putting herself out for us when we changed the date of our stay. The house is immaculate, the décor is like a house from "The Block", with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I thought it would be noisy opposite the Country Club, but it was very quiet, and so convenient to have a café and restaurant opposite the house. Can walk for a snack any time. Would highly recommend this house to anyone and will definitely only stay at Fairway Views when in Warragul in the future.

Great house, great location. Will stay again
Travelling with a young family and we were very pleased to have booked in for the night here: a very clean and modern house, with plenty of space for the kids to run around. We were able to wash clothes and utilise the full kitchen. Being so close to the country club was an added bonus too. In short, next time our travels take us to warragul, we look forward to staying again!
