"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Lotte City Hotel! I found that it was very clean and the staff was very kind. It was very welcoming to me as a foreigner. I would suggest that staff ask as check if you drove your personal vehicle and parked in the parking garage because upon leaving, I was about to be charged 409,000 won for parking because my vehicle was not registered with my stay. After going to the desk this small inconvenience was resolved, and I was only responsible for the 15,000 won...

"I stayed in executive tower. The service and reception was outstanding. The room was beautiful and was 120V ready so I don’t need a converter. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were phenomenal. Since I was in the heart of Seoul and Lotte shopping mall, everything was so convenient. The subway was on the corner of the street or you can have direct access through the hotel!
