"We were in town for UO Family Weekend and Eugene Marathon, and this was such a good find! It was cozy and quiet after busy days. About 15 minutes to campus, so very convenient. We only cooked quick breakfasts, but the kitchen was really well situated - we could have easily enjoyed more meals, especially in the sweet little private yard. Will be happy to stay again when we visit our Duck!"

"Great location, but it's a second-floor apartment and the steps are no joke. Not suitable for folks with mobility issues. Also, although there were no pet hairs in the unit, there are pets downstairs. If you're super allergic, that could be a problem. There's a half-sized fridge, a toaster oven and an induction cooktop, but the kitchen sink is in the laundry room -- so not a great place if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Having said all that, the location was great for us -- close to the U of O...

"We stayed at Gigi's lovely rental for a quick trip to Eugene to see our grandson. The location is great, close to grocery stores and other shops, and had all the necessary amenities. The house is adorable and the beds were very comfortable. Gigi was very responsive and assisted whenever we needed her. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Traveled from New Hampshire to stay at Deb and Mark’s for the Oregon vs OSU game. This was an excellent find as the hospitality couldn’t have been better. Deb and Mark were excellent hosts, even providing water and ice on check in and every small thing in between at the rental. "The apartment was perfect for my stay and exactly as advertised. A beautiful view to the river - literally in the backyard - and a great walking trail just up the street. The place was clean and inviting. I was in town for a football game and access to campus and Autzen (via a shuttle you can pick up 2 miles away) couldn't have been much easier. The host was communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend the place and the host!"
