"The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, but an easy 15 minute walk. Great restaurants very close. The host provided excellent check in information, with videos for the shower and stiff key. I would echo all of the positives listed by others. I always appreciate hosts who are thoughtful to leave a few amenities, coffee, sugar, etc. though this place had only what was left behind from a previous person who stayed there."

"Really good location & access to public transit. Great place to stay with a large group - It was clean, kitchen & living room were great, and came in handy once we put kids down. Not great outdoor space, but that’s okay because we spent most our time visiting the city. Host communicated well, checkin / checkout was easy."

"Great unit in Jersey City minutes from Liberty State Park & convenient to get into NYC. I was traveling with my six-year-old taking him to the Big Apple for the first time. It was a cold week in New York so we were grateful for having a comfortable home to seek refuge and hang out. Didn't see as many site as I had planned, but he had a great time. Thank you."

"This apartment is even better than the listings and pictures suggest. It’s a ground floor apartment that runs the entire depth of the building from the Street to the back. There’s a private outdoor space in back. Nice appliances including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The linens are also very nice. And the location is terrific too, lots of stores and restaurants close by."

The weather was a bit too chilly and windy to use the backyard patio, but we look forward to returning to this same rental during warmer weather. A GEM!! but"

"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...
