"We rented the 2 BR 2 Bath house for 4 Nights, along with a fishing pontoon boat at the property. We very much enjoyed our stay. The area and home site are surrounded by forest which is very peaceful. When on the lake, the air temperature is pleasantly cooler, making an 88-degree day feel like 75 degrees. Nice fire pit, we did S'mores. Interior of home is clean, liked the laminate flooring. TV and internet worked fine. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Grocery store 10 minutes...

"The property is very nice, smells wonderful when you walk in and found everything to be clean. We had a wonderful time sitting by the fire each night and the river was peaceful and relaxing. I do want to let future renters know that there is no cell service for Verizon at this location, but you can drive a few miles down the road and get cell service."

"Like everyone has noted - the location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance: marina, beach area, parks, and downtown. The house is very nice and well kept up. It had everything we needed….even a choice between a Keurig or drip coffee maker. Be advised that this is an older house but it has obviously been updated. (There are ample outlets in plain view to charge all your devices.) Also it was very clean. If I get to Ludington again - I would definitely rent this house again....

"This was the perfect place for spending a weekend getting together with two other families. Easy walk into town and we could watch the kids walk to the beach from the northern deck. The hosts have created an amazing getaway that is well furnished and gorgeously decorated. This is definitely a place we’re looking to return to in the future."
