Overall, we had a good time. The staff weee very welcoming and nice and the food was above expectations.
However a couple items to be aware if you stay here:
We chose the all inclusive option but it’s not a true all inclusive resort. Food and drink are only covered during “meal hours” which exclude 2-6 pm. Their system to track all inclusive guests is also faulty as they rely on paper receipts to tally up drinks that don’t have time stamps. So at checkout I was surprised with large charges for drinks that should have been included in the all-inclusive package. Thankfully the staff was great about making adjustments at check out.
The only other negatives were that we never received our welcome drinks and communication with staff was difficult (both taxi arrangements never showed up) and room didn’t have bath towels for a day. Not a huge deal but an inconvenient nonetheless.

Waya is a sensational addition to the Yasawa islands offering fantastic amenities, great staff and a relaxed vibe.
Although lacking a traditional beach there is certainly enough to walk along and easy access to the reef for snorkelling. The large pool adds to the relaxing options and the staff could not have been more friendly.
Activities are none through to large hikes, village visits and coral reef visits.
Food is excellent with a variety offered across the week and of great quality.
As regulars to Fiji this is a definite repeat
