A great place to stay
This is our second stay at this condo. On our first stay we were not only impressed with the condo, but even more the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. Like the first visit, Lin placed a plate of fresh fruit from her own farm in the kitchen to greet us. We even visited her farm and met Lin and her husband. When we decided to go to Hawaii this time we immediately reserved this condo without even considering any others because we knew we would be happy with it and the host as well. One has to be nit picking to find fault with this condo. If we return to Hawaii again we will looking at this condo again. Thanks Lin!

Wonderful Condo
We are leaving today after a four week stay, and we enjoyed the property very much. This is our second time in this condo, and we don't generally repeat. Lin is great to work with, the location is perfect, the development is the best in the Waikoloa area in our opinion, and the condo itself is very comfortable. We enjoyed the convenient location of this condo for exploring the Kohala Coast. The written instructions for finding it were very detailed and helpful and we appreciated being able to do laundry and borrow beach chairs. As others have noted, the owner left a generous platter of fruit. While this is an expensive area to stay in, our experience felt like a poor value. All the knives were dull, even for cutting a papaya; the fridge light was broken; there was no kettle for boiling water and just one kitchen towel. The toilet makes a loud, high pitched sound every time it gets flushes; the light in the shower is broken; and there are not enough towel bars or hooks for bath and hand towels. The sofa bed in the living room is very soft and saggy. There was no guide with any tips for what to do with the trash, where to buy groceries, etc. While the owner was responsive to specific questions, we had minimal communication with her. We had a much more positive experience in Kona for a fraction of the cost.

Clean and comfortable
I was visiting friends but also needed a clean and comfortable space for working while visiting. The condo had good lighting, good internet, and was perfect for what I was looking for. The parking spot is right next to the building. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I was visiting friends so did not try the pool or facilities. I went every day to Island Vintage Coffee and bought myself either a bagel or egg sandwich and a yummy coconut coffee. Also, very convenient to the Kona Airport.

Great location
This little gem is well location near beaches(walk to A-bay or short drive to others). Well appointed kitchen and comfortable queen size bed. The trade winds were not blowing during our visit so we need to use the air conditioning while in the unit- it did get a little stuffy but overall comfortable. Lin provided shampoo, body wash, beach towels, boogie board, well used beach chairs, coolers, and snorkeling equipment. We had a wonderful time explore the area. Mahalo!!

Very happy with condo
This condo is great, and Lin is great too! Place is clean, and well supplied with all needed supplies and linens. Lin had a basket of local fruits waiting for us. Neighborhood is quiet and grounds are nicely kept. For a one bedroom this condo is very spacious. Bed was very comfortable, big refrigerator and nice balcony. Lin even touched base to make sure everything was okay. We were supposed to come last year and paid for the condo, but had to cancel just days before due to Covid, and Lin graciously offered to move the reservation to a time we could come. She could have just kept our money. That says a lot about Lin’s character! If we are in the area again we will definitely look into renting this condo again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lin’s. Lin is a very gracious host, providing us with fruit from her farm upon arrival. I’m a stickler for cleanliness, and her place was spotless. Everything we needed was provided: beach towels, beach umbrella, chairs, boogie board, snorkel gear, coolers (we only used the beach umbrella but it’s nice to know the other things were available). Great location and close to some of Big Island’s best white sand beaches. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lin!

If you want to stay in Waikoloa, this is a great choice. The unit is clean and has plenty of room. The lanai is large and a great place to relax and listen to all the birds. Lots of supplies in the unit, for cooking and exploring.
