As our guest at KOLEA, you have access to KOLEA’s private Beach Club Pavilion - 250 yards from our unit. From our Beach Club, you can enjoy overlooking the ocean and ancient Hawaiian ponds or walking directly onto the sandy A’Bay Beach, short for Anaeho'omalu Beach, and about 150 yards from the Beach Club where Watersports await.
Our beautiful Penthouse villa 16F located in building 16, third floor, overlooks the majestic mountains. The unit is richly furnished along with High End Electronics and Appliances, Central air conditioning, Ceiling fans throughout, Granite countertops, Travertine floors, African mahogany crown molding and cabinetry.
The lanai features Teak wood cabinetry, an outdoor living/dining area, with a gourmet Viking gas grill and rotisserie, along with a refrigerator. The retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai and living areas in a natural flow.
You will have a spacious 1270 square-foot living area plus a 150 square-foot lanai. This two-bedroom penthouse villa includes a king bed in the master bedroom and a 42-in TV. The ensuite master bath has a separate oversized shower, and a luxurious soaking tub, double sinks with natural stone finishes. In the second bedroom there is a queen-size bed and 42-in TV. The large guest bathroom with a shower bathtub combination and the double sinks with natural stone finishes. The living area is furnished with an extremely comfortable Sectional sofa, a large TV.

DESCRIPTION OF WAIKOLOA BEACH RESORT: Waikoloa Beach Resort is world-famous, and it offers just about everything that you would need to make your vacation extraordinary. There are two fabulous golf courses. The Hilton and Marriott are both within the resort and each has many things to offer.
There is no shortage of spas or restaurants, fine-dining or casual. The Queen’s Marketplace and King’s shop offer the two largest shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences on the Kohala coast. At the Queen’s Marketplace, you can find all your groceries and beverages. They even have a gourmet market where you can find meals that are ready-made. Behind the Marriott, you’ll find the Lava Lava Beach Club and Anaehoomalu Bay (better known as A-Bay), a beautiful crescent shaped public beach that offers many ocean sports for the whole family.
Within a few minutes' drive, you can enjoy the world-famous beaches such as Hapuna and Mauna Kea, or the less known and more secluded 69 Beach, a favorite of the local. The list of things to do is endless.

SECURITY CAMERA: For the security of our home and community, a video doorbell is installed at the front door. Access to recorded footage will be limited to the property manager and only used for security purposes, such as investigating incidents or potential criminal activity.

If you book through VRBO/HomeAway, there is a GUEST SERVICE FEE: Pay at booking, please REFER TO VRBO ONLINE QUOTE for the amount. This fee is NOT included in our Rental Agreement because it is NOT our charge. This charge is imposed by VRBO/HomeAway on all renters who use their website.
OTHER FEES:
1. INTERIM CLEANING FEES: $225.00 each, required every 7 nights for 15 nights or longer stay.
2. DAILY CLEANING - please request in advance: $165.00 each.
3. EARLY CHECK IN and LATE CHECK OUT: $200.00 each for reservations of 7 nights or longer. One night fee for reservations less than 7 nights.
BOOKING PROCEDURE: To finalize any reservation, we require (1) payment, (2) copy of your fully executed RENTAL AGREEMENT including credit card authorization and (3) a copy of your GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID. Please send us an inquiry, we will send you a rental agreement specifically prepared for your dates. Confirmation of Reservation is “First Come, First Serve” and subject to owner’s approval.
If your booking request is "Pre-approved", your quote is valid for three days from the date of the rental agreement. Rental rates and fees are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended. Regrettably, NO REFUND will be given for reasons outside of our control.

Home guidelines:
1. The primary renter minimum age requirement is 25.
2. NO SMOKING in any form, of any kind, inside our unit, in the lanai or outside, anywhere within the Resort. Extra fees may apply to compensate for deep cleaning and/or deodorizing caused by smoking or pets, plus loss of rent income if any.
4. As a courtesy for our guests, please return beach gear and bikes to the carport storage, rinse free of sand.
