QUIET TIME:
This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

PARKING:
Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road while the garage is only intended for entertainment room purposes.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

Beautiful home
Great place, wish we knew when we booked that most attractions we planned to visit were on the other side of the island. House was clean, lots of lil touches that were appreciated. Can watch the sunset from one of the bedrooms!!wish they would include cleaning supplies to wipe counters down, and hand towels in restroom. I also would suggest additional kitchen towels. When we arrived the family prior to us had an overabundance of garbage, we had no room to throw our garbage away. Had to pack up and take it to dispose of our trash which was a hastle. Had a great stay overall!!

View is beautiful.
The view was beautiful. The house had several little issues such as lights not working. The handle on the tub loose. The location unfortunately was above the area where the beaches were filled with homeless people. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home
This is a 4 bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths, well appointed, in a nice gated community away from the crowds. We enjoyed our stay with Marbella Lane. Hopefully we find them at other wonderful destinations!

$500 Cleaning Fee for a Dirty House in a Homeless Infested Area
I wanted to like this house. When we came in and the carpet was badly stained, the bathroom fixtures were loose and most of the beach equipment was damaged we thought maybe it’s just regular wear and tear. What we found that was unacceptable was a surprise prompt to collect $45 for “a worry free stay” (Whatever that means), vodka bottles under the bed, hair and pubic hair in the bedding, dirty linens in the bathrooms and a community that is ravaged by homeless and drug users. Don’t believe the pictures, they are out of date and even though the community is gated, don’t think you are going to venture less than 30 minutes to get to a place that is safe. To be clear, a few of these issues we contacted the host about and they offered to send someone to wash the linens (Because I always look forward to strangers in the house I’m renting for something that should have been done), a replacement umbrella (Which we declined because we didn’t need it after that and had already lugged a broken one to the beach), and asked us to take pictures of the uncleanliness (Not my job or something anyone should have to do on vacation). As we discovered more stuff I didn’t bother reporting it because I would have spent half my vacation taking pictures and reporting on things that should have been inspected by a property manager in the first place. If you find the number of bedrooms at this price a good value and worth booking anyway, you will at least do so knowing what to expect.

Marbella Home Stay Was Good!
The home was new and in a gated community. It accomodated our family of six adults comfortably. We were surprised that this home had no ventilation/fan in the bathrooms and had to leave door open to avoid steaming up. A few of the stove knobs were worn and just spinned so had to swap knobs to control the burners. Not sure if listing mentioned that all the bedrooms are on the second floor, so got our workout going up and down the long flight of stairs. Would have appreciated room darkening window covering as bedrooms were to bright to early in the morning. We enjoyed sitting out in the backyard but could hear the neighbors as all surrounding homes backed up to each other.
