Your space is in an up and coming neighborhood with many homes being "fixer uppers". Our building was constructed in 1963 and has been "fixed up" with all new paint (inside and out) new flooring and vintage and modern decor. Very Waco. Enjoy the eclectic, private space from which you can easily enjoy all that Waco has to offer. Magnolia Silos and downtown Waco are 1.5 miles, and Baylor is 2.1 miles from the apartment. Magnolia Table is 2.1 miles. Enjoy your visit!

The space is self check in with a keyless entry code sent to you prior to arrival.

World Cup Cafe, Baked Bliss Bakery and D's Mediterranean are vvery close distance of the apartment. Cameron Park is very close to this apartment.

Guests have full private access to the space and shared access to the laundry room, if requested.

Pets are allowed with a $50 non refundable deposit and possible additional cleaning fee based on age/breed. Maximum; 2 pets. Please advise if you are bringing a pet and the size/age/breed of the pet at the time of your reservation. Failure to do so will result in a $200 charge. We ask that you clean up after your pet in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional $75 charge. We pride ourselves on being pet friendly for respectful pet owners.

Uber and Lyft serve the area. Parking is plentiful and on site in our corner lot.

Pet rules: All pets must be on a leash outside. Pets must be potty trained. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. A cover must be put over the couch at all times to intercept as much hair as possible. You must pick up your pet waste or additional charges will be assessed. Any cleaning or damages caused by the pet will be charged at check out. An additional fee of at least $50 is charged for pet hair left in the apartment at check out. An additional charge will also be charged if your pet has an accident and rugs need to be cleaned or replaced.

All long term bookings are provided with just enough toilet paper, paper towels and soap to get you started. Not for the entire stay.
