It is close enough to my family in Ridgefield for me to fee like I am just around the corner, while being in a quiet, peaceful private property. The setup was perfect for myself and my mom, but could also accommodate a larger group. It isn’t a big space, but had everything that we needed. « My brother, sister and I were looking for a property that reminded us of our family vacations at a lake in New Hampshire. This house was perfect: gorgeous view of the lake, comfortable bedrooms, nice amenities, pretty decor and a working fireplace! Two suggestions: a light marking the driveway for late arrivals, and a few extra blankets in the bedrooms. Otherwise, just great. And thanks for arranging the lovely early spring weather, too! »

« The cottage was perfect for our weekend trip to visit our son at West Point. A picturesque drive to West Point, the cottage was so cute and was full of thoughtful amenities. Had we had the time to cook, the kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments, and cooking oils to make it easy to do so. The complimentary coffee was perfect as we arrived late and the stores were closed. The host was easy to contact and so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely book again. »
