"The most disappointing part was the check in. It took over 20 minutes for the man to check in the ppl in front of me. Then I had the same experience. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He asked me 3 times if my reservation was for one night. When he was done he handed me the previous guest’s ID! Both myself and the other ppl had a reservation that he couldn’t even find them. "First and foremost, Mrs. Vikki and her husband are probably some of the nicest people I have ever met! The place was absolutely amazing. Plenty of wildlife to look and perfectly secluded off the highway and right next to the river where there is plenty of fish. My family and friends are already getting our schedules lined up to go back in the next few months. Thank you and your husband for such a great time and see you soon!!"

"Our entire family was able to celebrate Christmas together in this spacious property. The floor plan is open and lends itself well to enjoying each other’s company while rocking on the front porch, visiting in the family room or having a meal on the back porch. The location is remote but allows some much needed down time television free! We would come back if visiting the area again."

"It was nice to see a rock farmhouse in such great condition. Sitting on the front porch watching the sunset as it warms you with comfort. In the morning watching the lambs play and run around was very cool. Would definitely stay again and have referred it to many of my friends"

"Four brothers (60’s&70’s) that take a week long fishing trip every year…none of which wish to sleep in a bed with another! We made this place work nicely. One in the bed. One on the sofa. Two on air mattresses on the floor! Very well equipped kitchen….we didn’t discover the toaster built into the microwave for two days! Very nice big TV. Very cozy front porch. Plent of parking for boats. Just a few minutes from Elm Creek Marina.we did cut our stay short by a day due to weather."
