"This hotel was my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in recently. The check in was slow and the guy behind the counter had the personality of a slug. The room had thin walls so the noise in the halls and on the outside of the building was a bit much. The pool had swim lessons going on for most of the afternoon which shortened our time there. Luckily I don’t plan on revisiting the Great Smoky National Park again so the odds of staying here are rather slim."
