Would someone please enlighten me as to why this property gets such excellent reviews on Expedia? It’s old & shabby & the front desk people weren’t particularly friendly - had to conduct business thru a window while standing in the cold wind. Room is adequate but also old & shabby - only thing modern about it is the door lock. Plugs in room are all loose & likely a fire hazard. Haven’t used shower yet, so don’t know about hot water availability, but towels are thin. Not impressed & I’m now worried about the next couple bookings I’ve made based on Expedia reviews!
