Biggest problem was it took 3 hours to get in because of bad codes for door entrance. Then bad lock box code. Finally when someone showed up they opened lock with a another code which they didn't give us!"

"All the comforts of home and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the morning and evening. We used the BBQ grill, and it was very clean. We highly recommend this place. They do ask that you take off your shoes as you come in so that the carpet doesn’t get dirtied. I recommend bringing a pair of slippers for inside. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect cozy cabin for our family. Our dog and kids loved the yard and the carpeted stairs were a plus for our small kids and dog! Wish we could hav stayed longer! The fire place was not “set up” as was stated in the check in email/notes so we had a little work to do setting that up but otherwise we had a great stay. "

"It's a nice home in a nice location. But there was a problem with a dead battery with E-lock at the check-in. Vrbo has handled the situation really badly by refusing to help and forcing us to get to an area with cell phone coverage, when there was none near the home. Further requests to resolve the problem by accommodating our requests or providing any compensation for a failed on time check-in process were denied. I got nothing except for "we're sorry, but it's your problem, suck it up"....
