O hotel possui boa localização, bastante vagas para estacionamento (3 andares), o café da manhã é bom, e se não estiver incluso na diário, o valor é justo. O quarto é pequeno e um pouco apertado, talvez funcione um pouco melhor para casais, se for o com duas camas de solteiro, parece que sobra menos espaço ainda. Não há onde pendurar toalhar por exemplo. O Wi-fi funciona bem e tudo estava limpo.

As profissionais da recepção não tem educação, receptividade e agilidade no atendimento. Não sabem informar o básico do atendimento como acesso ao wifi. A comida do restaurante do hotel é PÉSSIMA. A apresentação da comida estava ruim, chegou fria e com o pedido errado. O quarto estava com o chão sujo e cheio de cabelos espalhados, sujeira na parede. Lençol sujo com marcas marrons e lixeira do banheiro em cima da cama. Foi a pior experiência que já tive!

O hotel fala que possui Wi-Fi, mas a internet não funciona. É horrível. Eu e meu noivo ficamos 3 dias hospedados no hotel e tivemos que gastar toda nossa internet de dados móveis. Nosso cartão para entrar no quarto deu erro todos os dias, no segundo dia deu erro 2 vezes e tivemos que voltar na recepção para fazer a troca do cartão. O café da manhã é razoável. O espaço pra tomar café é confortável. O quarto possui água quente na torneira e o chuveiro tem vazão. Mas o quarto de fato é bem apertado. Os travesseiros estavam com manchas amarelas, então não sei se de fato foram lavados. Os funcionários foram educados e solícitos.
