"Perfect location in you want to be uptown for Mardi Gras. Spacious, clean rooms. Some of it is Do It Yourself, but there is a lovely lady at the desk who is friendly and helpful."

"Wonderful stay. I arrived early but they had accomodations to store luggage. Melissa finished preparing room allowing early check in. She was awesome and gave me a warm welcome. She even invited me to go watch the parade with me."

"Perfect place to stay in the French Quarter. Close to everything. (Bourbon St bar area and French market a 10 minute walk) Affordable. Easiest check in and check out ever. Code given to you over email. Garden Room was appropriate for French Quarter. Lots of charm. Room is small, but we spent no time in it anyway. Mattress probably needs an upgrade. Walls are thin. "Beautiful property and great, welcoming staff. Property is in a great location. Older property is not well noise insulated. There was some sleep interruptions the first two nights from noisy upstairs neighbors. I would probably give highest rating if staying on second floor."

"We stayed in the quaint and quirky “Carriage House”. Architectural elements include several archways. This is a fun colorful room with Smart TV (great for your streaming services), refrigerator and microwave. The stand alone shower has a rain shower head and there is a hot tub on the back of the property. The courtyards and gardens were well cared for and replanted after NOLAs recent cold snap. "Place was clean and just like the pictures. Bed comfy. I felt secure with the locked door with code. A little bit scetch walking to French flea market but just went out during day. Loved the apt!"

"We stayed with our teenage son. The cottage is great: it's right on St. Charles but tucked away behind another house so there's almost no street noise in the cottage. The cottage has a great kitchen and sitting area and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The interior designs is cozy and fun. We would definitely stay again!"

"We really loved the suite. The house is very pretty and clean. Huge Kitchen & Coffee maker. Bring water for the coffee maker. Our suite was clean and comfortable - also had a clawfoot tub...which I loved for soaking after a long night out. Location is amazing...we walked everywhere. nice greeting from the local neighbors too. We will def be back. Thank you!"

"No privacy! Window covering fell during first night. Called customer service stated maintenance wouldn’t be in until after 12pm. I asked for a expected time for repair, they could not give that to me. It was not fixed that day nor during the rest of my stay. My room was on the front of the building and street light was shining into my window the entire time. I was extremely tired each day and couldn’t fully rest. Room is completely open to the bathroom shower, therefore I was forced to shower...

"This place was really awesome it was just the wife and I and there were many places just to walk to and it’s right across the street from the convention center so it is very accessible to multiple places the technology there is really cool you get greeted by a live person but she is on a television and she greets you every morning so I strongly suggest the Sexton"
