The door/lock was tough to use, the tv in the living room space was challenging (had to keep updating the service and switch HDMI input to get TV - took me 15 mins to figure out with a call to the front desk). Originally we were to stay in the smaller red room which I’m sure was beautiful but Kim upgraded us to the chesterfield room which was AMAZING we felt like a king and queen.
