"Good apartment in a good location. However, very bad on the cleanliness. Stain (appeared to be urin) over the toilet. Someone’s clothes were left in the washer and closet, the only towel provided was the one meant for the floor (it was a white towel that looked brown). I asked the owner about clothes in laundry and he only wanted to know if I needed to use the washer. I asked if there were towels and he said he would provide for 30€. I asked about the stains on the toilet and he never offered to...

"Wir fühlten uns wohl in der geräumigen, gut aufgeteilten Wohnung mit ihrem großen Balkon. Die nahe Autobahn ist zwar etwas durch vorgelagerte Häuser und Bäume verdeckt, aber doch gerade abends, wenn man noch die Wärme draußen genießen will, störend, wenn man das nicht ausblenden kann. Ansonsten ist die Lage super: In schön gestalteter Wohnanlage, nah am Strand und nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region!"

"Nous sommes restées une semaine dans cet appartement à 5. La piscine est très grande, partagée avec l’appartement du haut. Le logement est spacieux ainsi que le jardin. Attention il n’y a que 2 casseroles qui chauffent en induction sur toutes celles proposées. La plage est à moins de 10minutes à pieds et les commerces sont accessible à pieds également. En bref de très bonnes vacances et un accueil excellent de Corrine. "

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer umzäunten Freizeitanlage "Des Olivades" mit mehreren Ferienhäusern und Apartments, wobei das Haus am Ende einer Reihenhauskette liegt und es dort schön ruhig war und man von viel Natur und Gärten umgeben ist. Es wurde sehr schön modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Außerdem war es sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es ist nicht besonders groß, aber für unsere Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen...

We had a huge balcony and the waves come right up underneath us. Stunning. In addition very friendly and helpful staff and a good, wide choice breakfast which was included. 5 minute walk to the marina which had so many restaurants to chose from. Fantastic find and we’d definitely come back for a longer stay. "

Ruhige Basis zum Erkunden der Umgebung

"Die Wohnung ist in einem Anbau. Eingang und Garten sind separat. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haupthaus und kommen in Person zur Begrüßung und zur Verabschiedung. Es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Im Garten stehen diverse Gartenmöbel für das warme Wetter. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Am Fluss entlang erreicht man nach 10 Minuten den Marktplatz, wo man bei La Gourmandine leckere Brote kaufen kann. Es gibt such einen Wanderweg am anderen Ufer. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell zum nahegelegenen Supermarche. Der Ort Villeneuve-Loubet hat auch schöne Gassen, die den Berg hinaufführen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und sauber wie unbenutzt. Der Wohnraum ist groß und hat ein bequemes Sofa. Die Küche ist sehr modern mit einer Candy Herdplatte ausgestattet. Ggf. Schlosstaste lange drücken, um Kindersicherung zu lösen. Töpfe müssen mindestens so groß sein wie die umkreiste Fläche. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eins unten und eins oben, jeweils mit WC und komfortabler Regendusche. Leider fehlen Topper. Die Matratze unten ist zu hart und sollte ersetzt werden. Klimaanlage in jedem der drei Räume. Das morgendliche Heizen zum Frühstück war effektiv. Ein Druck auf die Taste mit dem Sonnensymbol genügt. Wir haben Wanderwege an der Küste zwischen Ferrat und Frejus aufgesucht. Diese Unterkunft war als Ausgangslager und Rückzugsort sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden gern wiederkommen (wenn die Betten verbessert sind)."

"We stayed for 2 nights in Villa Louise-Rose. We received a very warm welcome from Guillaume Who gave us his number if we needed to contact him about anything at any time. The Apartment was lovely , spotlessly clean and very comfortable . The breakfast was delicious . I had the best cup of coffee in my entire French trip."
