"Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes."

"Arrived in heat if afternoon but no one available. Hidden in labyrinth of alleys and tunnels. Small dark room mezzanine level. Hard to know if it was clean or not. Very dim. Don’t expect everything to work eg a/c or shower. The intimacy of a Riad means you hear everything happening throughout the house during the night at 2 or 4 am. Bring earplugs.French or Arabic only. No English. tourist tax charge amount was random, I’m sure the ladies try their best. "

"Our family of four stayed one brief night in Riad Meknes as a stopover during a drive from Tangier to Merzouga. Saliha was the most accommodating and responsive host I’ve ever lodged with, and she worked hard to ensure that my visit went smoothly.
