The staff was so nice and it was a beautiful property. I woke up very early with Jetlag and could not find coffee. The front desk clerk walked to the other side of the building and made me coffee, even though complementary coffee was not supposed to be available until later. Excellent location that is in walking distance of almost anything you would want to do in Seville. I highly recommend this hotel.

Booked this hotel for a few days as a present for my partner and our anniversary as the reviews were excellent and the hotel was so reasonable.. so I was expecting good things, however this hotel completely exceeded all our expectations! Walking in to the hotel we were blown away with how beautiful everything was. The flowers, the pastry shop (which looked amazing!) and the bar/restaurant. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely man who was so friendly and extremely informative, we were given a glass of champagne, our room was ready early so we went straight up. It was tastefully decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable, there were two lots of robes and slippers, the bathroom was also stunning, they even had a hairdryer and a pair of straighteners to use, room service was 24 hours! They had also kindly left us a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries as a gesture for our anniversary. The location of the hotel was incredible, close to all public transport, however the weather was so beautiful we decided to walk into town every day and went on a couple of runs as it was a very safe area. We ran round Plaza De Espana in the morning and it was STUNNING. The gym was small but decent. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. Fresh omelettes, there’s something for everyone, breads, meats and cheeses, cereals, pancakes, churros, yogurt, fruit, there’s cava and juices and their very own coffee bar! We would return and recommend this hotel. Thank you Only You, we will be back

This is a very nice semi-upscale hotel. Location is halfway between train/bus station and historic quarter, which was ideal for me since I arrived by train and it put both within walking distance. Breakfast buffet is large and varied. Room was spacious by European standards and quite comfortable. Sliding glass door separates bedroom from bathroom, which had a bidet and a both a shower and bath. Room had coffee maker, safe, mini fridge. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property! Amazing Location and spacious room. In my opinion is the best hotel in Seville.
