The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, but the most interesting part was the amazing decor and styling. It was a very stylish hotel and I would stay there again.

WOW! This place is truly amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They booked tickets for us to see the Cathedral and Alcázar, and also made reservations for us to see an incredible flamenco show down the street. The neighborhood is not in city center as others have mentioned, but it’s a lovely, trendy area with great restaurants all around. Staying away from the crowded city center was a very welcome relief for us and the location was perfect. It’s about a 20 minute very scenic walk to all of the attractions. The pool/bar on the third floor was great and it was nice to be able to relax there in the hot afternoon after a long day. Some guests mentioned the bathroom- it is an open concept so the washroom is open, there are glass doors for the toilet and shower areas. It wasn’t an issue for us as you can just leave the room if it bothers you and someone needs privacy. I wouldn’t let this stop you from booking this hotel. 10 out of 10. So happy we stayed here.

The building has a very impressive design. Unfortunately our experience with the beds was terrible! The reception staff is really nice and helpful. Since we complained about the bed they offer us to change room, giving us the opportunity to check out the rooms before moving our belongings. All the beds have the same problem: they make a strong metallic noise when you sit or lay on them!!!

Great location but it can get loud since it’s right there in the center of it all .

Beautiful hotel. I had broken my leg during the trip to Seville and was on crutches - the staff allowed me to use a wheelchair owned by the hotel and could not have been more helpful.
