"The pictures paint an expectation different than the reality. Although the cover photo is a pool and hot tub, the hot tub doesn’t function. When asked about it, the response was “well hot tub wasn’t a feature mentioned in the listing.” This is a pretty good example of what they are trying to do. Feels like a bait and switch. Somethings I wish we knew before booking: 1)strict 4PM check-in time 2)stricter 9AM check-out (the cleaners arrive at 8:50AM) 3)no soaps, shampoos, coffee filters, beach...

"Overall the house was great! Had a great time being close to the beach! The layout of the house was perfect for the group we had. I do have a few suggestions. with the cost, you should provide the toiletries, paper towels, and daily cleaning solutions. More towels were needed (mainly wash cloths) for the number of people it stays. for an extra touch beds could use either 2 more pillows or bigger ones. "

"We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful oasis with our young kids! We were delighted by the personal welcome from the property owner and enjoyed all the home had to offer including all of the kid friendly ammenities. Our whole family enjoyed a grilled dinner and movie night on the patio too! Large, open and cozy home in the perfect beach location. Our kids didn't want to leave and we hope to be back for a visit again soon. Thank you! "
