"Very clean and very well stocked. Great experience in a great location. Golf cart is a huge plus! We walk a lot everyday, but still wouldn’t rent a place in Sandestin without having a golf cart. It is a great perk to have such a nice one included. "

"This property is great! The house was very clean. The location is across from pool, which is nice on those Red flag days when you cant get in the ocean. All the beach stuff in the garage was super helpful also. Chairs, wagon, floats, sand buckets, and more. Will definitely be staying here again."

"We spent 10 days in this house in early January. The space is just as described. Eric was easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions and issues. It was great to have two golf carts for getting around the community, to the beach, the tennis courts and to various shopping areas and restaurants in the area. Even the grocery was accessible by golf cart, which was convenient. We would definitely return!"
