"We chose this hotel because it is quite near Hoan Kiem lake and the price was right. The staff was cheerful, informative and very helpful. "Spent 3 nights in the executive suite. Great value for money for my family of six. It rained nonstop for 2 days (expected in mid-Dec) but the indoor waterpark (heated water) and the Onsen was enough to keep the kids active and happy. We went into town all three nights for dinner. It’s not far but the 40km/hr speed limit and traffic made the rides at least 30 minutes or more each way. In town, the food quality, selection, and cost was unbelievably good. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice, but room service food and price was ridiculous compared to what you can find outside of the hotel. Overall, we had a great time and would come back again! Some info that may be useful: Room had flip flops you can wear out. Couple of umbrellas in the room. Take towels to the waterpark - they charge you to rent towels, except for the Onsen area that provides towels on the 4th floor. Lockers are on the 1st floor Waterpark and 4th floor Onsen, but each lockers are relatively small. "
