We really liked the pool. The staff was great and very accomodating. Breakfast was wonderful. Roof top bar was spectacular for views but pricey for drinks. It wasnt close to anything so always relying on a ride.

Very warm and happy colleagues. Hotel looks directly on to the Mekong River. Good gym and small swimming pool which is open air (limited spaces), relaxing all the same. Shuttle bus to the centre, which is around a miles walk. Enjoyable for a few nights stay.

Service was average, we booked rooms with king beds, they tried to give us single beds, and then wanted to push them together, and then offered a different room with a king bed but was a lower standard room then we booked and paid for.
