"El día de llegada desastroso, sin llaves del aparcamiento, la casa fría y no sabíamos cómo encenderla , al final debajo de la caldera había un termostato, la tele hasta el día siguiente no se veía y no había mando, no había wifi cosa que ponía en el anuncio por lo que mi hija adolescente enfadada ..."
